Bison: $1.50/lb. Hanging Weight ($500 minimum)

Bighorn Sheep/Mountain Goat: $150

Additional Processing fees (Must be requested at drop off)

Beef Fat Added: $5/lb. (based on fat percentage requested)

Steak Tenderizing (Mechanically Tenderized): $15 (Deer & Antelope) $40 (Elk)

Paper Wrapped: $20 (Deer & Antelope) $50 (Elk)

Dirty Fee: $1.50/lb. extra (Processors discretion)
