High Pine Outfitters
High Pine Outfitters was established in 2005. Most of their archery and rifle hunts for trophy elk are centered around Glenrock, WY, nestled in the foothills of Laramie Peak in Wyoming’s preeminent Elk Area 7.
They offer archery and rifle hunts for trophy elk, deer, antelope, mountain lion and bear. All of their hunts are on private property, mostly in the Laramie Range, adjacent to the Medicine Bow National Forest, and the plains of northeastern Wyoming.
Erick Mares started High Pine Outfitters in 2005 with the help of his wife Kenzie. Erick started outfitting in 1994, right after high school, and has developed his love of the outdoors and wildlife conservation into the successful business of High Pine Outfitters.
Erick and Kenzie live in Glenrock, WY with their two daughters, Josie (17) and Carly (15). Kenzie is a veterinarian and owns Crossroads Vet Clinic in Glenrock. They own a small ranch just outside of town, and between their full-time jobs, ranching, and teenage girls they stay extremely busy.

Open Country Outfitters
We are located in northeast Wyoming on the west edge of the Black Hills. We have excellent mule deer, whitetail deer, antelope, and turkey hunting. All our hunts are on private land exclusively hunted and managed by us.
All our hunt packages are fully guided and include lodging and meals at our lodge with modern accommodations and home cooked meals.
